For domestic orders, we use USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email both when your order is placed and when your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days from shipping confirmation for the arrival of your order.
If you require your order sooner, you can choose the express shipping option. Express shipping will ensure your order arrives within 1 day from shipping confirmation.

For international orders, we use USPS First Class Mail. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email both when your order is placed and when your order is shipped. Arrival times are dependent on your location but generally take between 7-10 business days from shipping confirmation. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer express shipping for international orders.
Paper Generation is required to collect sales tax for all orders in NY. Sales tax of up to 8.875% is applied to the entire order. Orders outside of NY do not incur any sales tax.
Paper Generation accept the following forms of payment:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com for confirmation and agreement. We will credit you with the full amount less the shipping costs (which are not refundable) once we have received the returned items. Used items, opened items, items not in their original condition, and/or final sales items cannot be returned.
You do not need an account to place an order - you can check out as a Guest. We do encourage you to set up an account to take advantage of these great benefits:
